Every shipment includes COA and SDS corresponding to the specific batch in that consignment. Your compliance team receives documentation automatically — no follow-up needed.

Yes. REACH compliance documentation is available for applicable ingredients. Confirm your target ingredient and destination at enquiry stage, and we include the relevant REACH files with your quotation or pre-order documentation package. For ingredients not yet REACH-registered, we confirm status transparently before you commit to an order.
Yes. Pre-order COA is a standard part of our quotation workflow. We provide the COA for the batch currently in stock so your procurement or QC team can evaluate and approve before raising a purchase order. If stock rotates between your request and your order, we confirm any batch change before dispatch.
We ship regularly to the EU, GCC, ASEAN, US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Every shipment includes a batch-specific COA and GHS-formatted SDS. Market-specific regulatory files — REACH, CosIng data, IECIC confirmation, AICIS status — are provided on request at no additional cost. Confirm your destination market at enquiry and we match the documentation package accordingly.
Every batch undergoes dual verification. The manufacturing partner provides a factory COA, and our team conducts independent HPLC re-verification before the material is cleared for dispatch. The COA you receive reflects our independent test result, not a forwarded factory certificate. We retain a reference sample of every batch for 30 days post-delivery.
