Onerchem · About Us
Cosmetic Ingredient Supplier Built for Formulators
Onerchem is a B2B cosmetic ingredient sourcing partner established in 2019 in Wuhan, China. We work with dedicated manufacturing partners to supply HPLC-verified actives for skincare and hair care development — and we independently re-test every batch before it ships. Fewer SKUs than most platforms, but every ingredient comes with dual-verified documentation, formulation-grade technical guidance, and a supplier contact who understands the chemistry.

Our Background
Founded on a specific observation about where ingredient suppliers fall short

Onerchem was founded in 2019 after observing a consistent gap in the B2B cosmetic ingredient market: international formulators were well-served on price and catalogue breadth, but poorly served on technical substance. Most suppliers provided generic datasheets. Few provided the formulation-grade knowledge — compatibility windows, phase behaviour, stability failure modes — that allows a formulator to make a confident decision without extensive independent research.

We started Onerchem to close that gap — a sourcing partner with dedicated manufacturing relationships and an independent quality verification layer. Every batch passes through the manufacturer's QC and then through our own HPLC re-test before it reaches a customer. That dual-verification commitment shapes every product page, every piece of documentation, and every conversation we have.

We are a focused operation — deliberately so. Fewer products, documented and explained in depth, with a supplier contact who can actually discuss the chemistry. Over 50 active B2B accounts rely on us for annual supply, because the model works: verified material, transparent sourcing, and technical support that does not disappear after the invoice.

What We Supply
Focused on cosmetic actives and functional ingredients
Peptides, brightening actives, barrier repair ingredients, antioxidants, UV filters, surfactants, and functional excipients. Every product page includes mechanism data, formulation parameters, and compatibility guidance — not just a spec table.
Who We Work With
Formulators, brands, and contract manufacturers
Independent formulators evaluating actives at bench scale. Cosmetic brands sourcing for commercial production. Contract manufacturers needing reliable supply with regulatory documentation across EU, GCC, ASEAN, and North American markets.
Supply Chain Transparency
How we source, verify, and deliver every ingredient
The question procurement teams ask most: "Who actually makes this?" Here is how our supply chain works.
Onerchem is a dedicated sourcing partner — not a general trading platform. We maintain long-term, exclusive relationships with a select group of manufacturing facilities in China, each specialising in specific ingredient categories. We do not manufacture in-house. We do not source from rotating, anonymous factories. Every manufacturing partner is vetted, and every batch passes through our independent quality check before dispatch.
1
Manufacturer issues COA
Each manufacturing partner provides a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis with HPLC assay, heavy metals, microbial limits, and residual solvents.
2
Onerchem HPLC re-verification
We independently re-test purity via HPLC before the batch is approved for dispatch. If re-test results deviate from the manufacturer COA, the batch is rejected.
3
Batch retention — 30 days
A retention sample from every dispatched batch is stored for 30 days after confirmed delivery. If a quality dispute arises, we can re-test from our retained stock.
4
Documentation ships with product
Batch COA (dual-verified), MSDS, and invoice included in every shipment. Pre-order COA available for internal procurement approval before PO is raised.

What Makes Us Different
Specialised, not general.
Technical, not just transactional.
Most ingredient platforms compete on catalogue width. We compete on depth. Fewer products, fully documented and explained — with mechanism data, formulation parameters, and compatibility guidance on every page. And a supplier contact who can actually discuss the chemistry, not just forward a PDF.
01 · Purity
HPLC verification on all actives
≥98% HPLC as standard. Batch-specific COA with every order. Pre-order COA available. No generic product-level averages.

03 · Compliance
Multi-market regulatory documentation
MSDS, TDS, and regulatory documentation for EU, GCC, ASEAN, and North American markets. Your compliance team gets what it needs without following up.
04 · Traceability

Who Works With Us
Three types of customers — and what they need from us
Customer Type 01
Independent formulator developing a peptide anti-aging serum
What they need
A supplier who can provide Ascorbyl Glucoside (AA2G) at documented purity — plus guidance on pH compatibility with Niacinamide and whether they can co-formulate with Tranexamic Acid in a unified brightening system.
How we help
Compatibility guidance, formulation parameter documentation, and sample quantities with batch COA — so bench evaluation starts with verified material and informed parameters.
Customer Type 02
Procurement manager at a European cosmetic brand
What they need
A new supplier for 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid and Tranexamic Acid for a brightening range launching in the EU. They need pre-order COA for internal approval, REACH documentation, confirmed lead time, and a reliable point of contact who responds within the working day.
How we help
Pre-order COA provided before PO is raised. REACH documentation available. Lead time confirmed at quotation. Single contact throughout the order cycle.
Customer Type 03
Contract manufacturer sourcing SCI for a solid cleanser range
What they need
Consistent quality SCI 85% powder for a GCC market solid body wash range. They need batch-level COA for every shipment, regulatory compliance documentation for GCC, flexible pack sizes to match production scheduling, and a supplier who won't change spec between batches.
How we help
Batch-specific COA standard on every shipment. GCC regulatory documentation available. Custom pack sizes quoted per order. Specification consistency confirmed at contract stage.
Supply Capability
What working with Onerchem looks like in practice
Sample quantities available on all stocked ingredients — no commitment required. Request by email or through the sample programme page and we respond within one business day with availability and dispatch estimate.
Available across the full product range
Peptides, antioxidants, brightening actives, surfactants — sample quantities available on all stocked SKUs.
Batch COA included with every sample
Bench evaluation starts with documented, verified material — not assumed specification.
1-day response on sample requests
Availability, quantity, and estimated dispatch confirmed on the same response, within one business day.
No obligation to follow up
Samples are provided for evaluation. No sales pressure between sampling and your decision.
Most customers follow a structured scale-up path: sample → 1 kg trial → 25–50 kg evaluation → production volume. We support every stage with batch COA and consistent specification. MOQ and pricing quoted per enquiry.
Structured scale-up path
Sample (10–100 g) → trial order (1 kg) → evaluation order (25–50 kg) → annual supply agreement. Each stage ships with the same batch-level documentation.
Lead time confirmed at quotation
Current availability and lead time confirmed before you raise a PO. We do not quote lead times we cannot deliver.
Pre-order COA for procurement
COA available before PO for internal approval processes — a standard part of our quotation workflow.
Volume pricing at scale
Tiered pricing applies at production volumes. Contact us with annual requirements for a supply agreement discussion. Over 50 accounts currently on annual terms.
Batch-specific COA and MSDS/SDS issued with every shipment as standard — not on request. The COA corresponds to the specific batch in your shipment, every time.
Batch-specific COA — always
Every COA is issued per batch. You receive documentation for the material in your shipment, not a generic product-level specification.

REACH documentation
Available for applicable ingredients for EU market customers. Confirm at enquiry stage.
TDS on request
Technical Data Sheets available for all products. Digital delivery within one business day of request.

7-day inspection window
Raise a quality issue within 7 days of confirmed receipt and we investigate and resolve — replacement or refund.
HPLC verification as standard
≥98% HPLC purity on all actives. The purity on the COA reflects the batch you receive, not an average.
No exceptions policy
If material is out of specification against the COA, you get a replacement or full refund. Not a negotiation — a commitment.
Quality disputes resolved in 1 day
Quality issues receive a substantive response — not an acknowledgement — within one business day of being raised.

Service Commitments
Four specific commitments — not general promises
Every enquiry — sample requests, quotes, technical questions, quality issues — receives a substantive response within one business day. Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 CST (UTC+8). Available on Email, WhatsApp (+86 153 7756 8649), Viber (same number), Telegram (@onerchemlulu), and WeChat (Sep18-2025). Enquiries outside business hours are answered the next working day.
COA and MSDS are issued per batch and per shipment. The documentation you receive corresponds to the specific material in that consignment — not a generic product-level specification. You should never need to follow up with us for documentation that should arrive automatically. If it is missing, that is our failure to correct, not a normal part of the process.
If material received does not match the batch COA specification — raised within 7 days of confirmed receipt — we provide a full replacement or full refund. The COA is the standard. If the material does not meet it, we fix it. This is a documented commitment, not a case-by-case judgment. The quality guarantee applies to every order regardless of size.
Technical questions — formulation compatibility, dosage rationale, pH windows, stability concerns — are handled directly by Lulu Chen or the technical team, not routed through a sales function. If the answer exists in our Knowledge Hub, we point you there. If it requires a direct conversation, we have that conversation. We do not treat technical support as a pre-sales activity with a quota attached.
